Auto vs. Manual Mpg difference?

ford says that the auto trans will get 2 mpg better in the city than the manual. Can any owners tell me how realistic this is?

I believe it because I get like 16 city in my m/t but we have a lot of hills

It's worth it. Very easy to drive around town and far more enjoyable.

I completely agree, it's so easy to drive and very hard to stall especially once you remove the helper spring from the clutch pedal and compared to my new edge gt it's a walk in the park compared to the leg workout that thing gave me

Plus when buying a mustang fun factor should be higher in your decision than mpg imo lol

Even without removing the spring it's a peach. I was sitting in stop-go traffic for a while yesterday and didn't even have to touch the gas.
