So I've got the 350 on Autotrader.
I'm getting replies wanting me to contact them but after I reply or call I get nothing.
I did get one guy to pick up but judging from his reaction he picked up by mistake , fumbling he said he was not sure which car I was talking about.
What do these flakes gain from this BS?

facebook marketplace is very similar. Not sure how autotrader works but if its similar to FB, they are probably hitting contact without knowing it or just changing their mind. I always get the "is this still available" and i always answer yep. Majority dont respond. This is partly why i havent sold a car privately lately. Just not worth the time or headache in my opinion.

I sold my 2012 GT on Autotrader. Ironically a Ford dealership contacted me via the ad and bought it from me. They asked for $500 off the listed price (I listed it for $500 more than I wanted), picked it up the next day, and wired me the money. I guess I got lucky. Didn't have any other interested folks.

2017 GT350 now gone to a great home.
Selling any high end car is a crap shoot. It requires patience as finding a buyer who can arrange used car financing is difficult. Dealers have an advantage over you even if they are pricing the same car higher. You just need to wait it out and respond to everyone and if it’s priced fairly a buyer will eventually show up. I have sold two high end cars on Autotrader in the last year and each took a few weeks to close the deal.

The guy I bought mine from had clearly gone thru the same, and was short with me, etc. Seemed like he didn't believe me. I rolled up into his driveway with an envelope full of cash two hours later, and he was a much different guy! Lol....

You might be better listing it on Hemmings or Dupont Registry.

I had nothing but issues with auto trader. the Ad expired and they wanted me to renew. I said I paid for the 30 day premium money back so lets talk refund.......crickets then a ''free'' month was given to me. the car sold on market place a week after listing it🙄
