Has anyone replaced part of the stock transmission oil cooler hard lines with a braided or rubber hose? I ask because I am in the middle of a boostworks twin installl and i didn't get the oilless comp turbos and the location of the oil scavenge pump is proving to be difficult. I want to replace about 3 feet from the pan to just past where the pump will be installed. This will allow better fitting of the oil scavenge pump and as a bonus i can reroute them so they are nowhere near the turbo down pipes and passenger turbo. My issue is what to use for the hard line to AN adapters. I can get weld on AN to hard line (https://www.holley.com/products/plumbing_an_fittings_and_hose/adapters/weld_ons/parts/967108ERL) or i can get AN to Hard Line Compression fittings (https://www.holley.com/products/plumbing_an_fittings_and_hose/hardline/compression_adapters/parts/AT165008ERL). My issue is no one seems to know the pressure running through those lines. I have called a few reputable transmission shops and some said yes compression fitting will be fine and other said no. I prefer not to have to weld them on so i would like to use the compression, but i need to get some more opinions. Thanks for any input you all can provide.
