Australian GT Remote Start Components Required 2017

Hi everyone, getting some sweet work done to my engine at the moment and would like to understand what components (other than programming with Forscan) are needed to set up remote start? Lots of after market bits but I want need to know the Ford OEM parts. I searched the forum and have not been able to find any informatin.

Yes it is auto. AUstralian versions didn't come with it however, the required arts can be installed and enabled with Forscan. It's the components including the key fob part numbers i'd like to get information on.

You installed an automatic transmission into your Mustang?

Not factory parts but might be an easier, less expensive way to go.

The above uses your original remote.

The factory remote is nothing special, just the 5 button Ford remote. They're all over eBay. You'll either need 2 existing keys to program a new one or have a dealer do it. I don't think they can be programed with Forscan.

Hahahaha.... The manual is clunky and basically crap as a shifter
