Imagine explaining that one to the owner...:ninja:
You just tell the owner a group of people walked past and the car just lept off the hoist to get at them :headbonk:

It looks like an old rusty thing that has been there for years and its time for a new one

Hi Dean and thank you for the nice post. Much appreciated. Not too many more sleeps until your car arrives in NSW. Cheers Fred

Thanks to Joel @ Bay Mufflers in Kogarah for fitting, he's a great guy !! And to think I was going to try to tackle it myself, i'm so glad I didn't. Would never have been able to adjust it to make it sit right.

(he got from me - I'm regretting selling it now - sounds really good).

I was, but I got a great price on this bit of kit that I couldn't ignore. Hopefully it won't be too loud as a DD, but if it gets a bit much Joel said he can put in a couple of resonators to quieten it down a little.

It does sound wicked :headbang:

:) Cheers, it took its time to get to me (got sent to Perth, then Newcastle before getting sent to the correct depot), but it came on my birthday so it was all good in then end.

I was looking forward to installing it myself, but I was recommended to get it done professionally and i'm glad I took that advice.

Thanks again!!

Fairly sure I see this Mustang some mornings at Broadway, crossing Harris Street.

Saw it this morning, looked at the tips and definitely aftermarket so I think it was your car Peter. You must have been idling through as I couldn't hear it. I was on the Railway Square side of Broadway.

So, just goes to show, you can have a system that sounds wicked but also will not draw attention if you decide to keeps the taps closed.

Nice looking 'Stang too.

Yep, that would be me. It would have been quiet, speed limit is on 40km/hour on that stretch and I've already lost 3 points in early December (lucky for me it was before double-demits was on). In fact, it was going to the meetup in La Peruse on foreshore drive (I didn't know it dropped from 80 to 70!!)

Anyhow, I'm loving the exhaust. I have to be careful with it, when I started up and moved off this arvo, I set off a car alarm in my underground parking at work :eyebulge:
