Active exhausts are not permitted unless they are a factory feature

My order will be coming with the full Xforce system with Varex mufflers that will all be bought and fitted as an option by my Ford dealer so I won't have a stock exhaust to keep. I don't go hooning around either where Police and EPA may be looking to fine and defect people though but that doesn't mean I couldn't be unlucky I guess. Just need to be extra careful.

Yes! Liverpool Exhaust have made their own and Pacemaker also have a set

I emailed Xforce about this a couple months ago , Quote vehicle will require a tune with the engine back system .

Thanks mate I was just about to call them, I wonder how Sinclair Ford get's around it as they surely wouldnt be tuning them as well when they sell it with the xforce

I wondered this myself as I have optioned the Xforce and it also comes with CAI. Next time I see Hamo I will be asking him.

Hey mate I have a full xforce system including headers - saw 20kw gain without retuning before I put the blower on. I have a before and after video on my build page (link in signature) if you want to check it out, both videos are when the car was NA
