ATI Super Damper install

For the ones that has installed ATI Super Damper , do you line up the keyway on the hub with the dimple & the arrow also on the shell are does it not matter the orientation of the keyway on the hub ? Thanks for info.

Dot to dot. It will only line up one way including rotationally. It has an extremely limited tolerance of assembly.

I'm talking about the hub that goes on the crack (hub keyway) , the shell assembly was already put together where the arrow & the dimple were lined up already, but does the keyway need to line up with dimple & arrow also ?

That has no bearing on the install. The ati is perfectly balanced so you can install that hub with the three longer bolts however you want. I believe we are talking about the same thing now.

OK , yeah the crank hub & shell came as 2 separate pieces that I bolted together, the hub part that goes on the crank has a keyway , does that keyway have to line up with other marks on shell ? I guess it odes not ?
