Might call a Ford dealership service dept. close to you and see if they would be kind enough to look up how to remove and replace it.

With the hood open, remove the rubber cap by hand. Loosen the nut with a 15mm socket or wrench. I suspect the arm needs to be pried off the splined shaft. Leave the nut on a little while prying off the arm to keep it contained.

Remove the nut from the arm. After the nut is removed pull the wiper arm up away from the windshield to remove the spring tension(like you would do to clean your windshield). Then grab the arm by the base and wiggle side to side while pulling up and it will come off. You do not need a puller or anything

Mine is stuck like it's been welded, I have tapped it with a hammer used lub, no way the sucker is coming off....

Yes to using a puller, makes the job a breeze. i bought one to do the job the fairway dealership could not.

My gt350 took a piece of metal to the face which also slightly damaged the wiper. when i picked up my car after repairs, i noticed the wiper was in worse shape than it was when i brought it in. it was apparent to me that the service tech tried clamping something to the wiper arm in a caveman attempt to lift it, but failed.

Why are you removing it if I might ask? Problem?
Don't laugh...I live in Southern California & if it ever rains my car stays parked in the garage. It makes cleaning the windshield super easy & won't ever hit the drivers side of the hood.
