I'm pretty sure that when tuning them, you can command a/f ratioA wideband with show your current AFR, it does nothing on the control side.
If youre in AZ and looking to mod your ecoboost mustang let me know - we are looking for a local phoenix-area stock turbo mustang test vehicle who will daily drive if you or anyone else are interested to get some free parts. Here in Arizona my 2 pump choices are 91 and E85. What will it take to run a similar setup on the eb stang? Anyone working on a flex fuel upgrade yet?
agreed, this is a unique platform and not as simple to modify as traditional turbo engines. Turbo upgrade kits on this chassis are much more difficult and technically challenging to build than traditional setups. We've been working on aftermarket development for 2.3L ecoboost over 3.5years now. At this point in time, I am confident our products will be competitively priced and deliver top-shelf performance that our customers expect from Full-Race.Fuel, turbo, and sound will be a challenge with this platform.
Ok, How much power are you looking for? That's going to be expensive for what it produces. Have to wait for other cheaper kits. Jdl might use my car to make hot parts and a cai.
What tune do you plan on using. I would love to compare whatver you get to the COBB tune that I am going to get.Was hoping for high 400s without getting too crazy. E85, cat deletes, injectors, fuel pump, and tune.
When will you need this so called test dummy? I can be a test dummy after January when I get my car.If youre in AZ and looking to mod your ecoboost mustang let me know - we are looking for a local phoenix-area stock turbo mustang test vehicle who will daily drive if you or anyone else are interested to get some free parts.
right now our 2015 ecoboost mustang is setup for 100% gasoline. However we have a fuel system upgrade in development which will allow for bigger power and the option for E85.
I think you will need a bigger turbo, i'm going to stick with a Base instead of the Premium trim so i can use that $4k savings to get the Full Race setup. The Premium was nice but i don't need all the tech stuff or toggle switches. They look cool but i want to keep the weight down too.Was hoping for high 400s without getting too crazy. I agree, that's my plan also. Just got the base model with the performance package. I want a bigger turbo already. Can barely hear the stock one.I think you will need a bigger turbo, i'm going to stick with a Base instead of the Premium trim so i can use that $4k savings to get the Full Race setup. The MMR intake video seems like it adds some sound but for big numbers that tiny stock turbo is gonna max out quick i think.I agree, that's my plan also. Just got the base model with the performance package. I want a bigger turbo already. Can barely hear the stock one.
