Apps feature on radio not working?

So I just got my 17 GT350 not that long ago and have already started modding but I'm still playing around with all the tech. I noticed that the "mobile apps" feature doesn't find apps from my phone but I know I have compatible apps such as Spotify. Any trick to this? Yes it's enabled, haha. I have a Pixel2 if that matters. I attached what it gives me and a quick pic of the car for ya . Thanks for any help.

Stupid question, but isn't the apps section only compatible with apple phones through apple car play?

No, it's compatible with Droid devices, or so it says at least. I'm going to try to update the system through wifi. If that doesn't fix it, I'll try to factory reset it. We shall see what happens.

Fair enough my dude. I’d just unhook the battery and do a full on reset and start there.
