Has anyone had the APIM replaced and the dealer could not get the s/w package installed or updated. This has now been going on for 4 weeks. The Apim is behind the dash display and is bt, wifi, compass, map and gps. In my 2023 this failed about two weeks after the brake level recall was done. This is when I noticed that phone did not paired, compass pointed north, map/wifi not working. The dealership tech is having issues with the ford engineering to help. Seems we’re always in the queue and everything seems to be done with email. They currently have no ETA. I have called ford customer relations and they took my info (ie story) and will sent a complaint to dealer. I asked that they complain to Ford engineering because that seems to be where problem is. Guess it’s wait and see what’s next…
