apim reprogramming

Has anyone had the APIM replaced and the dealer could not get the s/w package installed or updated. This has now been going on for 4 weeks. The Apim is behind the dash display and is bt, wifi, compass, map and gps. In my 2023 this failed about two weeks after the brake level recall was done...

Hopefully, someone can help me out here... I put in a SYNC2 system from an Escape into my 17 convertible using a harness from Jesse (OEM Radio) and the steering wheel controls are not functional. Sent Jesse a quick email and he stated that it was a programming issue... Does anyone know...
