I ordered it without really thinking about it. It's pretty cheap but am nonetheless wondering whether its worth changing the order (buy a nice pair of Oakleys with that money, LOL). I believe all the cars come with rear cameras - does anyone know if the backup display shows lines/markers? If so I'm wondering what the use of the rear sensor is other than one more thing to go wrong and of course, the few ounces in added weight. LOL. My Volvo has both and I really dont see the use of the sensor.

Side note - A front sensor wouldnt be a bad thing. It's OEM with my current car and super helpful with preventing scraping the front dam.

I resisted them for years because they're ugly but on my current car they came with a package and now I'm converted. They might still be ugly but they're just really practical even when you have a camera. Now when I drive a car without them I actually miss them.

There were on the '13 I bought off the lot so I got them regardless and like them a lot, they've helped with trash cans in the driveway and poles in the parking garage where I work.

You can't even really see them on the '15 bumpers, for the price it's cheap so no brainer to me although having the camera now should be good enough.

I'd have them............my '05 GT is a pain to reverse safely, so anything to avoid dings is a good thing.

My wife's XC90 has them and they are great.

My BMW 330i has them, but one's faulty, so all I get is a long beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep as soon as I engage reverse lol

It's funny, I was saying the same thing on why they don't have front sensors on the Mustang but only the rear...and then I noticed that most Mustangs I've seen in garages are parked in backwards...so maybe FORD thinks most will just reverse into their spots.
