When does it make sense to wait for the 2016 model.
Wanna order for delivery in march.
Should I just wait for the 2016 ' s?

Not sure what the cut-off date is to order a 2015, although I'm going to call my dealer and find out this week.

More then likely, I'll be getting a 2016 as I want to wait until at least June for delivery. Trying to co-ordinate the new Mustang with my retirement date.

And while we're talking about the 2016 models, has anyone heard rumors if there will be any changes for next year's line-up?

I have not seen anything on the 2016 mustangs yet, though I doubt there will be any major changes outside of perhaps added color options or option combinations.

If production for the 2016 model follows the same/similar path as the 2006 (following the big redesign) than August will likely be when production kicks off. I think the order banks opened in May if I am remembering correctly.

If you want a 50th ann pkg you got to order a 2015--I think you will be able to order untill late spring

Yeah that is supposed to happen for a handful of the 2016 models with every model having it in 2017. I guess it will depend on how early production starts and when they will have the new QNX system ready. They did show it off in a mock up Mustang interior so inclusion seems likely.

After only one year of production I would not expect any changes. It will probably get Sync 3 at the mid cycle refresh, but that's probably five years away.

Sync 3 will be available in every model Ford sells by 2017, according to Ford anyway.
