Anyone make a deck lid with display?

I would love to have a black deck-lid that was translucent with a full width display behind it that could throw up images, videos (GIFs?) or text on demand or even automatically based on events such as brakes being applied.

OP......we hardly have any aftermarket stereo options so far for the S550, did you really think there was a a 1/10000th chance a company would have a programmable LCD decklid made for it?
