Here is a thread you are in where a guy is talking about bad paint on MMR wheels. Just saying it ain’t the first time you’ve heard of the problem, so quit saying it is.
You got issues bro.... what I mean is this. When someone posts information that they are having a problem or have had a problem with our wheels, I private message them and ask them for their name, wheel info, and a copy of the invoice, so we can check our records and help them out.
If for some reason nothing matches and we do not have anything on record then guess what? I never heard of it plain and simple. We are not a garage shop. We keep everything on record for the same reason. We want to make sure each client is handled to best of our ability. A client can have 20 postings in every forum, but unless he has a email or phone call to the manufacturer then we would never know.

All of our clients know how to get a hold of me or anyone else at MRR wheels. We are a open company transparent.

Okay, there is only a first time you can ever hear about a persons problem, that makes total sense. I guess what your saying is there are no bad paint jobs on any MMR wheels because someone can only complain one first time? By the way, love the insult, keeping it classy, bro.

I never said we have never had a bad paint job/ we are a manufacture things do happen, what I did say is if any of you have a bad paint job on any of our wheels that are purchased through a authorized dealer and have proof of purchase please do contact me so we can take care of your situation.

if you buy our wheels used, on craigslist or it came with the car etc then we can not do anything for you unless we can trace exactly where the wheels came from and that your the original buyer.

any way Have a nice day.

thread worthless without side by side comparisons. Paint is normally an issue with cheaper wheels goes with the overall price hand n hand.

Looks great Christian. Not to hijack the thread, but I just noticed in your sig that you have the MMD decklid panel. How do you like it?

Just sold it a few weeks ago I didn't like how flimsy it was and it rattled every time you closed the trunk. I've heard good things about the MP concepts panel though.

Thanks man, still not sure what I want to do. I was so excited about the Ford Performance re-release until I saw the lines on it. Now deciding between MP and buying a used stock one of Ebay to fill and paint myself.

Ughhhh reading these responses is very painful. Carlos, unless all of the posts (the other thread was huge) about problems and issues are made up, you are blaming your customers for being dissatisfied. My advice is address the issues with the customer with a post asking how you can help fix the situation, or something along those lines and sorry for the inconvenience. I don't know your company or you, but from reading it makes it hard for me to want to do business with a company that has such a defensive stance when issues are presented. I want to be taken care of when a problem arises, and maybe you do that but it doesn't look that way.

Anyway, I bought a set of P51 wheels and they are holding up well so far, but only have had them for a month.

For MRR waranty and taking care of our clients is very easy.
all we ask for is a copy of the original invoice ( proof of purchase )
clients info so we can track down the original order and trace down the history of the wheels. if a client gives us this information and not act like its a secret then boom instant approval on the spot.

on a last note i have said it more then ones or twice, if any member has a issue with any of our wheels please contact MRR Wheels or my self via a email or PM that way we can help you out. we dont hide because we handle our side of our promises.

any who congrats on your P51 wheels !
if any forum member hs a question or needs anything please feel free to hit me up.

ive got the P51's. i havent seen m600 in person so i cant attest to the difference but i looks like they only offer a satin black vs gloss on the p51. fit and finish is awesome on P51s, i found nothing to be unhappy about on them. not sure where you got the price difference they appear to be the same price?

Hello Yes the price is dropped dramatically and this has to do with only two reasons, 1 there are 2 other companies with the same wheel model competing for the same market/ if you see our thread history we where the first to come out with the GT style wheel for mustangs in fact other brands simply piggy backed and followed the same identical specs we did, the price dropped is not do to quality is do to giving you members a better priced point do to a saturated market.

The M600s are heavily discounted atm. Carlos refers to two reasons above, not sure what the second one was his post didn't go into detail but it seems saturation is one of them. M600 comes in satin graphite also. I'm after a dark gunmetal so the M600s make sense as the lower cost would offset the cost of the custom finish - just a bit wary since there's not much love for the M600 here but P51 owners have chimed in and are very praiseworthy of their wheels. I can't be bothered with quality issues.

carlos I'm still waiting for a shipping quote to Australia buddy. How would you handle overseas warranty issues? It would cost a small fortune to send a wheel back if there were problems.

Thanks

Hello yes we do have a life time structure warranty and when selling wheels all over the world we understand the cost of shipping but we have partners in almost every country that we work with so if a problem would come about we would not expect the customer to send anything back to the states, worst case we will handle any freight cost/ this is simply part of doing business.

also maybe I made a mistake but send me your full shipping address so we can get you a proper quote.
