Anyone else have cold start hesitation?

Not all the time, but once in a while the first time I give it some gas after a cold start and backing up, I get a bit of hesitation, like maybe a short lack of fuel. Until today it was only over night or longer, just happened when I was running out to get lunch, after 5 hours sitting. Ideas?

How many miles on it? Mine has done it, I think it loads up with too much fuel if I burp the throttle to quick after a start. My 2015 5.0 def did it, so I replaced the plugs on it and that solved it.

12,600 and it's gentle throttle, not a burp.

Do you give it any time to warm up, monitor head temperature?

No issues with the Mach 1, but when my S197 GT was new, couple hundred miles on it, I had a stumble start in the morning. This was without a CEL.

I took it into Ford and they scanned it. If I remember right it was a single coil pack replacement, it never did it again. BTW they could not replicate problem.

I'd get it scanned.
