Anyone around Charlotte,NC that can program a Sync 3 apim?

Have a Sync 3 setup Im swapping into my fathers 15 F150 with Sync 2.

I dont have forescan or honestly understand the exact process. Wondering if anyone around Charlotte could help out?

Know I need the apim reprogrammed,new gps antenna,usb hub and usb hub power adapter.
