Odd that this would be throwing a code as there are many people out there that are running after-market grilles/inserts on their cars without this issue.
Are you tuned?
Did you follow the instructions for checking the root cause of both codes?
I just did a quick lookup on the one and it recommends pulling your air filters and ensuring you aren't running around with clogged stuff.
When they installed my supercharger they removed the front flappy flaps so I know there is a TON more air being sucked into the engine and it doesn't throw any codes whoever that's because it was tuned for that level of air intake.

I’m tuned. (PBD). I’m going to get a new filter and AquaShield from injen and see if that helps. When I pulled the filter it was dirty. It doesn’t throw the code until I pull my codes with nguage.
