I live in Dallas, where I can find 93oct anywhere but I believe that not all have the same quality. Is there a specific brand (shell, Exxon etc) that you guys believe that have better quality?

I don't recall seeing Sunoco here but Shell is in every corner. Thanks for our input. Waiting to burn all the gas that came with the car, since I just exchange my '15 EB non PP for a '16 EB PP.:headbang:

I go with Sunocco as well but I'm in VA. Exxon and Shell would be my next go to.

I would say as long as you pick name brand gasoline, you'll be fine.

I have no preference! Just some good ol' 93 octane from a reputable company.

Doesnt matter who you buy gasoline from. Unless said company has a refinery in the area of the filling station. Regional refineries sell to all filling stations. I'm employed in the industry. Trust me on this.

Which ever catches my eye when I am running low. I can detect no difference in performance between brands or octane levels with my GT

unless stations have a way of adding additives after arrival of gas truck but I have no idea.

Don't shoot the messenger as I have not experienced this personally but there is a performance shop owner and tuner in DFW that swears Shell gas has more detergents than any other and even looks different if you put it in a clear container compared to other gas. This guy has been building, racing and tuning mustangs for over 20 years and owns his own business. The only reason I got to talking to him about this was that my buddy got his 2013 tuned there. He ended up getting 400 at the wheels with just the tune and a jlt but wasnt able to get as much timing in it as he wanted and asked my buddy what gas was in the tank to which he responded "shell 93". He daily drives a 1200rwhp Hellion TT 2012 and swears that every car he has touched/tuned that had Shell gas has never been as friendly on the dyno.

again.....just something I was told by said shop owner....not sure if its 100% true....however, I know I have had good luck with Exxon or even RaceTrac where they have the e85!
