Any idea on important new info being released?

As the title asks, anyone know if there is a date/event when Ford plans on releasing hp/tq numbers, curb weight, base price, packages lists and prices, etc?

I'm still surprised they didn't release any info at all at Detroit after bringing out 5 cars. Thats pretty unusual. I hope this is all being done to drop a bomb on the competition.

If can't see anything being released at another auto show. IMO the only way we get anything before NY is if it gets leaked or they plan a separate event for it (can't see why they would do this tho).

I also am baffled at the lack of info at Detroit. That's the quintessential American auto show. Either development isn't completely finished, or, as stayed above, there's a surprise coming.

Well they estimated the weight and they stated some of the other info hasn't officially been released but it is what is expected. So it is a good look at what we might be looking at when the official info is released. That pic was posted on the Mustang Club of America Facebook page.

Sorry but that is the most ridiculous thing ever. 3100? Why are we still talking about 400 pounds when the 15" shorter rumor got totally proven wrong. Things like this don't do Ford any favors when people get ridiculous expectations and then are eventually let down.

The graphic also says it is expected to reach a maximum of 420hp. Do these guys do ANY research before mocking these up?

It's from CJ Pony Parts. They have no special info and as pointed out, other inaccuracies in there make it suspect.

Sorry, but this is far from definitive information - "Ford is estimated to subtract between 200-400 lbs....".

They are so completely wide of the mark they incorrectly state the HP @ 420 (as have so many other jurnos - which is the same Hp as the current model) when ford have unequivocally stated ">" & "more than" 420 Hp, and outlined the substantial performance (BOSS 302) enhancements to the engine, which will generate significant power gains.

Wasn't this the C&D "leaked" pic/render? Funny they're still using a render, and an inaccurate one. It says "new hood vents" while pointing to the same ones on the 13-14.
