Any haggling/negotiating when doing factory order?

I'm looking for a 16-17 GT Premium, Performance Package, 401A, Silver Ingot, Premier Redline, with Leather Recaros. I cannot find this combination for sale anywhere and looks like I may be ordering a new 2017.

Question is: is there any negotiation when ordering? One dealer I've spoken to said if I have USAA or X-plan, the invoice price is the price. For instance X-plan would be MSRP ($44,600) minus 4% and minus any incentives (currently $250). Is this it?

I'm in Delaware and spoke to a DE dealer. I've heard about low prices from Koons in MD. Will a factory order price vary from dealer to dealer?

We shopped a special order for a '17 in Aug and found that dealers varied a lot; we did beat X-plan. The only issue is that intensives apply at the time the car comes in.

Yes I also beat X price on my order. Look at Koons sterling ford - Jason is who I dealt with. Email him your exact request and his offer, I took my Ford dealer they matched. I got my order $3k under invoice on a 2017 order

I ordered my 2017, msrp was 42320, I negotiated down to 37300. It took a lot of time to research what cars were going for. I know one thing, there are better deals down south than in the north.

I haven't ordered a car, but yeah... Tell them what you want and offer them invoice. If they won't play ball, tell them you'll go to another dealer and walk out. They'll be calling you shortly.

Always room for negotiating. Shop around get in contact with other dealers.
msrp was 41k on mine. I ended up getting it for 40k OTD taxes, registration, included.
