Our Narrow Dual stripes are based on measurements from a GT350 that was on display at an event we were at. We had to make some small adjustments on the front since the hood and nose are different on a regular Mustang compared to a GT350. Our stripes are 7.5" wide on the back and taper to 6.5" wide on the front with a 1" gap. All of our stripes are cut to length and do not require any cutting during the install. Below is a pic of our Narrow Dual Stripes:
Awesome, thanks a lot for the answer !
Just curious why you tapered the stripes in the front ? So the back and roof are 7.5" and then the hood is 6.5" ? Can't you see the difference ? I mean like, doesnt it seem "off" when you look at the whole car ? (Your work/pictures looks awesome to me btw, I'm just curious :) )

Thanks again !

Thanks! The stripes are 7.5" at the back of the hood and very gradually get narrower until the front of the nose down to the 6.5". Without the taper the stripes will look wider at the back of the hood than the front, the illusion is caused by the shape of the hood. Actually Ford and most companies always have some taper to any hood stripe to help the stripes flow with the lines of the car. All of our full length stripes have some taper in the design of the hood portion. This is a big advantage of a pre-cut stripe kit over the cut to fit type kits.

The factory stripes on my '13 GT500 are also tapered.

stripes look great everyone. I bought some from American muscle but not had a chance to install them. everywhere I go they are charging an arm and leg to install. Anyone recommend a place here in L.A. area for installation?

What does an arm and leg go for in LA? I had an installer come to my house and do it.After watching the whole job,I was glad I didn't try to do it myself.I also didn't feel bad about the cost.

I've been quoted cheapest 300 to 750 for the install.

Hey guys

As a prospective UK owner (TY on order) I have one boring question about stripes - do they get in the way of rear parking sensors?

I paid $600.It included the Avery Supreme wrap stripes, and the side "GT" stripes, also in Supreme Wrap.
You want to find a guy who does this every day.The one I used does the new car dealers.

Two weekends ago there was a big Austin Texas Mustang Car Show which I attended. There were lots of beautiful Mustangs to look at, but I found myself mesmerized by a white Stang with medium blue full length stripes. As I was congratulating the trophy- winning owner, two other admirers walked up to ask the same question I wanted the answer to...who did your stripes? The owner said he had been treated so well by a shop in Fort Worth, and at a great price also. What shop I asked? "Oh, Big Worm Graphics", he answered. Now, I'm looking forward to finding the time to drive 4 hours up to Fort Worth to get some also.
