I have a base radio in my GT350 and it was installed by a local reputable shop, but i'm having an issue;
when I turn the car off, about half the time everything turns off just fine. The other half of the time, the amps, sub controller, and digital sound processor all stay on for a while (at least 20 minutes, I haven't checked beyond that), and when I open the door, I hear the subwoofer 'pop' as the door is opening.
The shop has checked it out, and they see everything to be within normal limits.
What does the braintrust here have to say? is this normal, or is it a known problem, or is it something else?
thanks in advance!

Sounds like they used an incorrect location for the turn-on lead... if you tap fuse 23 in the passengers footwell, things will turn off when the door is opened. If you use the blue/white wire in the bundle by the right-rear speaker, things will turn off when the engine is shut off.

Either way, you are the customer and you aren't happy, so it's up to them to fix the issue!
