Am I the only one...? Mustang 2017

Am I the only one who had those problems? We have the car for about a month now and since we had a paint problems, Ford fixed it. We had a chock who was been rattling, Ford fixed. Today no sound came from the speakers no music no apple CarPlay nothing. The screen works but there is no sound even the cd. The car have only 18k miles on it.

Only problem I've had, stock original intake manifold seized up at about 33K mi. Currently sitting at 53K miles, due to 2020... barely put them last 3K miles on her. Got it in September 2016.

Looks like this car is a salvage from flood damage. Did you buy used? Clean Title?

I had the same problem with the intake manifold at around the same mileage. I also had a clutch failure deemed to be a mechanical failure in which the clutch, flywheel, and bearings were all affected and needed to be replaced. Long story short dealership screwed me over even though Ford said they would take care of it.

As for your SYNC sound issues, try doing a Master Reset first. If SYNC has not been updated on quite some time, it’s also possible that you need to do the update.

The car is at least 3years old so you don’t know what has happened to it before you got it. When you buy a used car you take a risk
