Alternator, PCM or Battery issue

I have a 2015 GT with 36000 miles. The A/C flutters all the time recently, my left turn signal blinks fast on the dash more often than not now and volts climbed to 13.6 today. Then had check engine light come and hooked up the Procal up for it to read P068A

Any ideas? Thanks.
