so i'm watching tv and allstate commercial comes on with silver s550 vert. there is a close-up of the actor in the car and THE MUSTANG IS REMOVED FROM THE STEERING WHEEL! wtf!

I think it's because anytime another company uses another brand to promote there business "ad drop" they have to pay said company. That's why they kept the branding logos out of the commercial.

Its just not sponsored by Ford so they ditch the logos. Things like that can be seen in other TV shows, obvious logo shape but it's painted over, things like that.

No Ford badging as I'm guessing that at the end of the commercial it shows a new car broken down on the side of the road in need of a tow. Ford would not be happy about that inference!!
