I know that is a lot of money, but if you look closely, all of the pieces are machined to be perfectly square. These aren't just pieces of extruded aluminum with holes drilled. I have the Gen 4 kit which was half that and it's been just fine.
I hear ya but I can get a race alignment for $150 or less. That's 6 alignments and a few cases of beer or I can spend it on some bits of aluminum. Granted they are slick and cool but I plan on only doing a couple of alignments and using the rest of the money on parts.

Dumb question: sway bars have nothing to do with alignment, right? So if you just put in new seats, you don’t need an alignment?

Nope. Only corner balancing with adjustable endlinks of you want to take the handling up a notch

I was dealing with John and another Gentlemen, I can't remember his name off the top of my head. If you just call and ask for Tech support, they will get you squared away. Very patient and knowledgeable folks at Steeda.

I guess you will need to call them and ask for the Enigma Machine to decode that.
