Alarm Question Help

My alarm randomly went off, maybe my thigh hit the panic button in my pocket? Who knows anyways....

When the alarm went off, I tried hit the lock/unlock button and the alarm still wouldn't shut off. I got to my car and opened the car, still the alarm went off. It was not until I started the car that the alarm turned off.

Anybody know why this happened or what I can do next time this occurs?

P.S. I have the enhanced security package, not sure if that matters.

I have ES, too, and had to get the alarm sensitivity adjusted at the dealer because it would go off needlessly.
