Hello, I just got a European 2019 Ecoboost and i've a problem with the alarm.
I've the Alarm with a separate battery.
My building is equiped with parklift. When i park my car, my neighbours can park his car beside mine.
The problem is that when he activate the lift, as my car is movig up / down, the alarm start.
Is there a way to disable the alarm and keep the door locked? When i lock my door, the alarm is armed automatically.
I've looked in the settings and in my car manual but cant find a solution. I've asked my retailer, but he dont know and he's trying to contact Ford to have more information.
If anyone know a way to disable the alarm when i leave the car. Can you reply here please.
If possible, i want to keep the possibility to enable the alarm, i only want to disable it when parking it at home.
