Airlift V2 Install Tips n Tricks?

Finally pulled the trigger on getting airlift v2 digital system!
I am going to be installing it this weekend and wanted to see if anyone had some tips on anything that was a PIA :frusty:. How long it took and tools.
I also was watching a install video on youtube and saw them measure from the fender to the hub? what exactly am i measuring?
