Airaid installed

Installed the Airaid CAI without tune. Everything went fine except the sound tube delete which I opted for. I could not get the sound tube out of the firewall, so cut it and taped it off for now. Any ideas in how to remove from the firewall. My hands are too big to get back in there and give it a good yank. If this goes into the cabin, is there access under the dash where I can push it out? Remove the oil dip stick, it gives you a little room. Then get a small 10mm ratcheting wrench (I think its a 10mm). You'll get maybe a few clicks at a time and the stud is LOOOOOONG! Not sure what Ford was thinking with that stud. Good luck.
