Air suspension damping set up

I just went on bags and still new to it so i wanted to hear what would be best for a good comfortable ride. I know it will all depend on how everyone drives their cars (track or street etc) but im just curious to whats the most common setting for s550 owners on bags. Right now i have it they way it came from airlift (which i assume is the the middle)

I run mine right in the middle of the range. Get a little bouncyness here and there but not bad. Car feels stiff, but not a brick.

i guess thats how they ship it correct? in the middle range? i havnt touched mine too but feels kinda stiff.
