Not sure if this is helpful, I have a different kit and different set up:
1. Spring = 7 psi
2. 30% duty cycle = 8.5 psi
3. 50% duty cycle = 10 psi
4. 80% duty cycle = 14.5psi

Your change of 16 to 24 is tiny. Usually 100% duty cycle will get you double spring, so you can figure out from there.

Maybe double check the programming. I have an eboost and until I programmed certain parameters it would not do anything. Kinda sounds similar like it's not doing anything.

There an overboost shutdown in it, maybe not programmed???

Program more than one boost group or whatever it's called?

Seems like a lot of duty cycle to gain not even one psi.

I know it's not the same but on 10.5 springs and duty of 20 percent I get maybe 13 psi. At at duty set at 35 I get around 15 psi. This is with an eboost2. Again I know it's not the same.

My turbos are only 55mm. Maybe that plays into it?
