FYI, you can probably save one round of conversation by including your VIN when you text him. That is needed most of the time.

+1 for Benny at Levittown Ford. He handled my Active Exhaust mufflers, and when they arrived damaged, due to poor packaging, he made it right, and shipped as many as it took to get it right. Note that he's not AT the dealership (at least, I don't think he is), but handles all their forum stuff. He can also help you out with discounts or free shipping.
