Active exhaust problem after Borla S Type install

hey all! Not sure if I found the issue but when the car is in track mode the driver side exhaust valve is open to ~80-90% vs 100% on the passenger. Could this be it. In toggling between modes there is always a small discrepancy but they each move. Another thing I’ve noticed is an annoying rattle seeming to come from the axle back. Anyone have luck solving this issue?

Sounds like the spring clip is not inserted completely into the slot on top of the valve. Only way to check is drop the passenger side and look inside the open portion of the housing.
