As well as if I got the Cobb tune, is it compatible with Tune +?

Probably have better search results with Cobb Accessport ;). They are never on sale, they have a strict MAP policy which means they force dealers to sell at a set price ($500.00).

Any Accessport is eligible for my tuning services. It doesn't matter where you purchase it from as long as it is an Accessport.

Make sure if you buy used that it is un-married.

Would it be possible to have the COBB tune file with Tune +? So I am have the features such as launch control ?
