I had an accelatec wheel on one of my previous mustangs, I loved it! The quality was great and I got compliments from it all the time :like:
Any chance you have any pics of it still?

Here ya go! I had carbon, with perforated leather and matching stitching

I did have an alcantara steering wheel a friend gave me, was planning on installing it but I sold it after I was offered twice what I paid for it lol! The alcantara was great quality as well.

Edit: Just realized the picture quality is terrible after being uploaded. It looks great in person lol!

Anyone have any experience with these? I have a carbon wheel and don’t like it, I want an alcantara wheel and like this flat bottom/top… this price point makes me think it might not be the best quality…?

I got a GT350R wheel from Steeda. It’s leather and Alcantara with red stitching and red center line, plus its flat bottom. I think I paid around $560 for it. It’s Ford OEM so its got the factory quality, and I love the grip of it. The picture isn’t the best, but it’ll give you an idea.

Any pics of it? How much do you think you'll be asking for it?
This is the only pic I have on my phone, haha. I’ll get a better one when I get home. Prolly $500

I've had both the GT350 wheel and currently have this Accelatec alcantara wheel, I see no difference in quality (I bought mine on sale for like $260 or something). I was worried I wouldn't like the flat top and bottom "Camaro looking" wheel, but it took about a min to get used to it. I like it, and at half the cost of the GT350 wheel I'd do it again.

Sure, unlike the GT350 wheel it has a bunch of contours, which I also thought I might not like, but it doesn't bother me at all. Stitching looks fine, materials are fine. In fact the Alcantara material is more coarse than the GT350 wheel and I like it.

Nothing wrong with it at all, yes I’m selling it. I just don’t like the feeling of carbon, I want an alcantara wheel.
First world problems bro, first world problems!

I have been looking at these myself: Steeda's 555-8604 Q850 Mustang Loaded Alcantara Steering Wheel - Red Sightline (18-23)

They have a sale on right now. for $431.00 USD however I've been told I'm not allowed to spend more on the Mustang. I figure only another $2500.00 worth of stuff to get. Until I think of more.

My wife decided we need a new fence more than I need a different steering wheel, or roll cage, or 4pt harness, or any of the other things I’m planning… guess I’ll have to wait a bit

My wife decided we need a new
I'm using the trial license pack called "The Girlfriend Edition" and I was still told "You don't need a GT500 front end, or even Grille Inserts for your existing front end, jacking rails, LED under-glow or a new steering wheel? What is wrong with the one you have?"

I haven't even told her about the Roush upgraded cooler kit that I was debating.

She could be right, cause even if I had the above stuff it would change into "maybe I should do THIS (insert another $1000 part)".

There is a missed market for horn covers. These steering wheels look so nice, it would be cool if you could also update the pony emblem to match it
