I was installing ATI damper and am trying to get AC belt on. I have tried wrapping around AC pulley then slowly trying to work belt on damper by rotating crank, but it keeps slipping off. I've searched online and with stock damper, they ziptie it on, then rotate crank, but there isn't a spot to do this on the ATI. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Take one of the bolts out that holds on the a/c pulley and run the zip tie through that.

I used this procedure on mine and it worked great.

Another method I've used twice is use a plastic pry tool to pry/push it onto the pulley while someone else rotates the crank.

Soak the belt in hot water if needed to help expand it.

Which bolt did you remove from AC pulley? The only bolt I see is the center bolt.

Thanks

There are 3 of the 6 twelve point bolts that hold the balancer together that go thru and secure the A/C pulley. You will have to remove one of them and install the bolt. Then reinstall the bolt with blue loctite and torque after installing the belt.
