I'd call steeda but they designed it to prevent the ears from breaking

I was looking into this, and the added NVH wouldn't be an issue since I don't daily the car. They do show it on an aluminum housing. I'll give them a call.

Steeda still recommends an Iron housing.

I'd gladly go this route if it will be strong enough. I'm not sure this will prevent ear breakage.

I have this on my car and love it. I do have an iron differential though.
