A10 won't shift

This is the second time this has happened this time I caught the end of it on video. 18 pp eb 7940 miles. Both times it happened after I put it back from sport mode to drive on the transmission after going full throttle.

Take it to Ford Service Center, it’s under warranty.

It could be bad valve body or the 2nd gear clutch issue.

Look up my user name in the “Issues/TSB” sub-forum on here and the word “10R80” and you’ll find a thread I started that contains all of the current Ford docs pertaining to S550 10R80 issues.

They reset the kam and reflashed the ECU. All good now
