The filmmakers were really passionate about the Mustang - such as searching for a shot of it passing a Camaro!

Awesome. I really liked the shot of them passing a Camaro. It was worth whatever hassle they went through. lol

I thought that was odd because, why even include it?

If it was a Camaro documentary, i could see how a Mustang shot would make sense because that's what GM was copying. But the other way round? I didn't like that the documentary makers included that shot. :shrug:

I enjoyed to movie a lot. Some of the earlier history was glossed over,but I know that was not the intent of the movie to be a comprehensive historical record. The original Henry Ford had some very troubled political ideas to say the least

Ford was Great, he built a factory in a particular manner at one point to avoid taxes, I would do the same.

IIRC Ford also reduced the time per week employees were supposed to work down to 40 hours. And he increased his workers' wages above the norm at the time.
