Chevron almost always has 94.After the Mustang Memories meet in August, I'm going to return to Wisconsin up through Canada via the Lake Superior Great Circle route. How available will high octane fuel be?
Yeah i hear 'ya, had to fill up with 91 coming from a car meet in the Ottawa-Gatineau region last week-end, and could feel a difference in power compare to the Petro Canada 94 gas i usually use in the car.Wish we had 94 here in Newfoundland... best we got is 91 :frusty::rant:
Mannnnn don't go telling me the car feels faster on 94 dammit :frusty: LOLYeah i hear 'ya, had to fill up with 91 coming from a car meet in the Ottawa-Gatineau region last week-end, and could feel a difference in power compare to the Petro Canada 94 gas i usually use in the car.
I think that's true, I believe there is a disclaimer for some fuels that up to X percentage of ethanol may be added dependent on the time of year. Memory is a little foggy so I can't recall exactly, but I think there may only be a couple suppliers (Shell for certain) that definitely never has ethanol.I was arguying with a retired chemist the other day about Petro Canada 94 gas being Ethanol free which he said wasn't true and that it actually was blended with 5% Ethanol, which i found odd since i've always been told it was Ethanol free!!! Go figure.
