Just got the GMONSTAH a few weeks back, new. I've driven about 2k miles (FL trip), and there's this what sounds like a bearing rattle noise around 2.5k rpm in all gears. It's like a rattle/chirp, and goes away around 3K. Only hear it while in gear. Is this normal? I'll probably make an appointment anyway just to be safe. I've searched the forums and can't find anything similar. Thanks!

Probably just a little bearing noise. Manny trannies are noisy, some more, some less. Even my 92 Escort 5 speed. Sounds like you're still in warranty. Certainly worth a trip to the dealer just in case.

supposedly the noise comes from the twin clutch that comes from factory, the 15-17 have a single disc and it doesn't do it.
