6R80 Transmission output vibration

I get a terrible driveline vibration at hwy speeds only. the driveshaft is custom made and was balanced, I do notice a bit of play here at the transmission. is there a way to to tighten this up? I dont know if this is the source but everything else is very tight.

Well, for me, what you see in the video means the bearing needs to be replaced. Also, what rpm range or speed range do the vibrations occur at? Also, does the whole car vibrate, or is it more in the rear/middle?

its more in the middle, starts at around 55mph, vibration/drone.. can the bearing be replaced with the trans in the car or does it have to come apart?
