Planning on going boost and my stock 6r80 has 135k miles and is abused daily. I have a feeling it will be failing soon.
Is this something I could reasonably do at home (I have decent car experience and have rebuilt some engines but no transmission rebuild experience)? Is this something I could take to a local transmission shop and have them do?
Also what upgrades would be recommended to support about 800whp and daily abuse?
