Hello, so I’ve recently just got tuned for e85 by lund and I was wondering what was the average 60-130 for a bolt on e85 A10 car. Best I ran was a 9.94 but I figured it was kind of slow for the mods it has. Car is full weight, headers, intake and e85. I’ve seen similar set ups run mid to high 8s.

2100 feet DA. You lose about 3% per 1000 feet

Do it again on a day with 0 or negative DA

I can’t advise on 60-130 times, but are you possibly having an issue with knock/false knock?

I can’t advise on 60-130 times, but are you possibly having an issue with knock/false knock?
No false knock/knock showing up, tuner says everything looks good.

That DA is costing you 3 to 4 tenths easily. The closest run I had to your setup was my 9.5 run. Full weight on a DR except I had a CJ setup and was running hf cats with stock exhaust manifolds instead of headers on E85. The 7.9 run is my current setup of Headers/CJ/Cams/E85 with some weight reduction. Lund Tuned as well.

This was my a10 car, full weight all stock with just my E75 tune, even on stock tires in good DA, it went 8.60s in negative DA. DA definitely makes a difference.

update- so my tuner said i’m running 5-8% lean, which is weird because I had e70 in the car on an e85 tune, so you would think it would run rich instead? I did a smoke test for a vacuum leak and everything seems sealed.

Try it 2 ways, one at 40 mph in 2nd gear and also try from a stop. You may actually do better from a stop depending on traction.
