Info about how dumb people are for wasting their money on an unneeded mod. How precious.

How about a Brembo 1 piston solution so MC’s and proportioning valves and recalibration isn’t needed. How about something that doesn’t look like a homemade spray painted rear brake from a 1992 Civic?

The brakes are awesome. The rears look like shit.
That's kind of the point. The Brembo 4-piston and the cast steel sliding 1 piston have within 3% of the same effective piston area. The ABS controller is what determines bias, especially at threshold. I think you can just replace the big steel caliper with the Brembo 4 pot rears and leave everything else alone.

Sliding calipers have the advantage of one piston, but these are not really fit for the racetrack. Sliding calipers can bind, they deflect, are generally pretty bad for taper/pinch wear, but they are cheap.

It looks like an easy way to improve looks, unsprung weight, performance and function.
