350R front splitter on non R question

Hey guys just curious from those of you thar installed the R splitter on your non R vehicle if the belly pan needed to be changed? I am asking because there appears to be difference based on the oil line recall instructions.

Belly pan is the same. It is referring to two clip locations on the belly pan that are n9ot used with the non R version probably.
