350 TB Causing Knock

I don't know what the tune settings are for the Ford PP2 but I don't think I've read of any that installed the GT350 TB having knock. I just purchased the GT350 IM, TB and CAI separately as I want to go with a flex fuel tune. Haven't installed yet but hoping I can stick with the GT350 parts with a good dialed in tune.

when I had the power pack 3 calibration I tried to log a run and the knock sensors showed 0, basically they were not being read by the sct device. I'm not sure if this means they were turned completely off or if the device just doesn't have access to monitor fords parameter. It had no problem reading any other pids though. I thought that was strange.

Those calibrations are knock per cylinder. You would need to log the per cylinder PIDs, like an eco boost car, not the global knock PID to see knock. I'm sure your knock sensors were doing what they should be doing and they are definitely on and working in the PP tunes.
